Paris launched the Crosswalk Digital Group in 2012 to help companies develop highly engaging websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns. He has over a decade of experience leading UX research engagements and is known for incorporating innovative qualitative research approaches to better meet the needs of his clients. Over his career, Paris has led projects for a variety of organizations, including Merrill Lynch, Aetna, Ernst & Young, T. Rowe Price, Sovereign Bank, NASDAQ, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Oxford, and Roche.
