The Crosswalk Digital Group is a qualitative research consultancy located in New York City. We deliver actionable, user-centered insights to help companies develop highly engaging websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns.
 
Our UX strategists have worked with agencies and companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, health and P&C insurance, pharmaceuticals, and media; and are highly fluent in the formal and colloquial “languages” spoken within these industries.
 
We conduct research in a variety of locations: our offices, your offices, a market research facility or remotely.

Our Team

Paris Patton, Principal & UX Strategist

Paris launched the Crosswalk Digital Group in 2012 to help companies develop highly engaging websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns. He has over a decade of experience leading UX research engagements and is known for incorporating innovative qualitative research approaches to better meet the needs of his clients. Over his career, Paris has led projects for a variety of organizations, including Prudential, Merrill Lynch, Aetna, Ernst & Young, T. Rowe Price, Sovereign Bank, NASDAQ, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Oxford, and Roche.

 

Aïcha Konaté, User Experience Associate

Aïcha is a User Experience Associate at Crosswalk Digital, focusing on research analysis, operations, and project management. She has varied experience in the field of consumer insights, from innovation consulting to mental health research, with an emphasis on cultural analysis. Aïcha is a dual French-American citizen and holds a BA in Psychology and East Asian Languages & Cultures from Columbia College at Columbia University.

 

Denise da Costa Graeff, UX Researcher and Strategist

Denise is a UX researcher and strategist. She has conducted research with top tech and Fortune 500 companies, and the Big 4 firms–within the U.S., across Latin America and across the globe–on projects ranging from discovering the next generation in B2B financial products, to optimizing mobile banking experiences, to increasing accessibility of health websites for seniors. She holds a MA in Anthropology from Columbia University and a MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. Her work focuses on developing collaborative research approaches to drive user engagement across the digital space.
